Presentation InstructionsEach final paper is limited to six pages and up to a file size of 4 MiB. Please study the instructions carefully before preparing the final paper.
The easiest way is to download the guidelines as a Microsoft Word document and use it as a template for your manuscript because it contains all necessary formats and styles. Please note that the each accepted paper has to be accompanied by one registration fee.
Electronic versions of the paper (for oral or poster presentation) should be sent both in Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) and Microsoft World (*doc.) format by April 15, 2011 to the link www.registration.imeko-mi2011.org. The SI units must be used. The editors reserve the right on minor editorial changes prior to the publishing in the Proceedings of the Symposium.

Paper presentationAuthors may present their final paper as oral or poster presentations. All accepted final paper will be published in the Symposium Proceedings regardless they are presented as oral or poster. Notification of AcceptanceThe International Programme Committee will review the final paper, and Notification of acceptance will be sent by E-mail by April 1, 2011. Please note that, during selection process, the International Programme Committee, may make suggestions as to presentation styles as well as to finalizing the entire programme. The authors of selected papers will be encoureged to submit updated and extended versions of those papers to the Journal of the International Measurement Confederation (http://ees.elsevier.com/meas/) LanguageAll documents, letters, communications, presentations and contributions of any kind are to be written in English.
