National Organising Committee (NOC) is inviting your company to become the Co-sponsor of the Symposium. This will put your company on the co-sponsor list on Symposium web site, in Programme, Proceedings and other official material.

Your contribution to Co-sponsorship also covers one A4 format page of your company’s advertising published in the Proceedings. The company advertising on one A4 page in *.pdf Adobe Acrobat format must be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  prior to May 15, 2011. Co-sponsorship includes also fees for two participants to take part to the Symposium (including full Symposium materials).

Deadline: Application Form (download here) is to be sent prior to May 1, 2011

The fees for Co-sponsorship are: 

• 2 000 EUR paid until April 15, 2011
• 2 500 EUR paid after April 15, 2011

All prices include VAT.

All payments are to be made in EUR and in US Dollars (equivalent to EUR).  No other currencies will be accepted.

Validation: Registration for Co-sponsorship will be valid when the filled in and signed Application Form (download here), and a copy of the payment, are faxed (+385 1 464 82 62) or sent as E-mail attachments to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Symposium.

Cancellation and refund policy
In case of cancellation, please notify the Registration Secretariat in writing (email address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). An administrative charge of 200 EUR will apply to cancellations made PRIOR to May 15, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
