National Organising Committee (NOC) is inviting your company to take Commercial Lecture at the Symposium. This will put the name of your company on Symposium web site, in Programme, Proceedings and other official material. We are also offering you to take a 15 minute commercial lecture on the achievements of your company, at which occasion advertising material may be handled to the attendants.

Your contribution covers one A4 format page of your company’s advertising published in the Proceedings. The company advertising on one A4 page in *.pdf Adobe Acrobat format must be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   prior to May 15, 2011. It also includes fees for two participants to take part to the Symposium (including full Symposium materials).

Deadline: Application Form (download here) is to be sent prior to May 1, 2011.

The fees for commercial lecture are:

• 2 000 EUR paid until April 15, 2011
• 2 500 EUR paid after April 15, 2011

All prices include VAT.

Cancellation and refund policy

An administrative charge of 200 EUR will apply to cancellations made PRIOR to May 15, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
