Participants requiring a Croatian visa are kindly requested to contact as soon as possible the nearest consular office of the Republic of Croatia in their country and inquire on the documents required in order for a Croatian visa to be issued. This invitation, however, does not imply commitment to the payment of any expenses.

Before requiring the documents for invitation (e.g. Legal person's letter of quarantee) participants must be registered to the Symposium and pay the registration fee.
